These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products made through the website www.smeshburger.it.
By placing an order, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.
1. Seller

2. Products
The products offered for sale are official Smesh brand merchandise items.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Any minor differences do not constitute a lack of conformity.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT.
Shipping costs are indicated separately during the checkout process.
4. Payment methods
Payments are processed via Stripe and the following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Klarna
Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.
5. Shipping
We ship to:
- Italy
- Countries within the European Union
Shipping costs:
- Italy: €6.00
- Europe: €14.00
Shipments are handled by couriers such as GLS, BRT, Poste Italiane or other equivalent carriers.
Order processing time: 24/48 hours after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time: 48/72 hours from shipment, depending on the destination area.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send a written request to info@smeshburger.it including:
- First and last name
- Order number
- Product(s) to be returned
7. Return conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be intact
- The original packaging must be intact
- The product must not have been used or tampered with
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods
- Products damaged or altered by the customer
8. Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
9. Invoicing
As a standard practice, an electronic receipt is issued. Customers may request an invoice during checkout by selecting the relevant option and providing the necessary billing details.
10. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for delays attributable to the courier or for events of force majeure.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the competent court shall be the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located within Italy.
